i3 Learn Academy will be deploying Chromebooks to students who are in need of a device and do not already have one at home to use for their online education. Distance learning will begin on August 24, 2020.
We will begin deployment for i3 Learn Academy students following this schedule:
Students entering 6th grade: Thursday, August 6, 2020 - 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Students entering 7th grade: Friday, August 7, 2020 - 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Students entering 8th grade: Monday, August 10, 2020 - 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
We would like to provide a safe environment for this process. During the times previously listed, please drive up to the front of the school and form a single-file line with your car in front of the main entrance. Please remain in your car and we will assist you in getting a Chromebook checked out.
If possible, please complete and bring the CCSD Mobile Device Agreement Form with you. Completion of the form prior to coming to campus will make your checkout process run much faster.
All students who still have a Chromebook issued by i3 Learn Academy during the previous school year and who have transferred to another school or moved on to High School will need to return their Chromebook to our main office as soon as possible. Please call us at (702) 799-7340 to let us know when you will be stopping in.
Incoming students who still have a device from their previous school need to return the device to that school as soon as possible so the device can be reissued to that school’s students.
